Our Story

Cre8tiv Design was born from a simple belief: that anyone with an idea deserves access to the tools and expertise to make it real. Located in Post Office Park in Wilbraham, MA, we serve inventors, engineers, artists, small businesses, and dreamers across the Pioneer Valley and beyond.

What started as a passion project became a full-service studio offering everything from rapid prototyping to small-batch production runs. We bridge the gap between digital design and physical reality, turning CAD files into functional objects with precision and care.

Today, we work with clients ranging from product designers needing a single prototype to hobbyists wanting custom miniatures — and everyone in between. Every project, big or small, gets the same level of attention and craftsmanship.

FDM 3D Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is our workhorse technology for large-format prints, functional parts, and cost-effective production. Ideal for prototypes, replacement parts, and objects requiring structural strength.

SLA 3D Printing

Stereolithography (SLA) produces parts with exceptional surface detail and tight tolerances. We use SLA for jewelry masters, dental models, miniatures, and any application demanding a smooth, precise finish.

Wireless Infrared Laser Scanning

Our wireless infrared laser scanner captures the geometry of physical objects without targets or fixtures. Perfect for reverse engineering, quality inspection, and creating digital twins of existing parts.

Structured Light 3D Scanning

Structured light scanning projects a pattern onto an object and measures the deformation to compute precise surface geometry. Excellent for capturing organic forms, sculptures, and complex assemblies.

Autodesk Fusion 360 CAD

All our design and CAD work is performed in Autodesk Fusion 360 — industry-standard software for parametric 3D modeling, simulation, and manufacturing documentation. From concept sketches to print-ready files.
