Small-Batch Manufacturing Runs

Production

Beyond prototyping — consistent, repeatable production runs when you're ready to scale.

Production

Once your design is finalized and proven, it's time to produce. Cre8tiv Design handles small-batch manufacturing runs with the same care we put into every prototype — consistent settings, quality inspection on each part, and reliable turnaround times. Whether you need 5 pieces or 500, we ensure every part meets your specification.

Common Use Cases

  • Small business inventory and product stock
  • Event or conference swag and promotional items
  • Replacement parts for equipment manufacturers
  • Component production for product assembly
  • Limited-edition product releases
  • Medical and assistive device component production
  • Architectural and interior design components

Consistent Quality at Scale

We use the same validated print settings for every part in a production run. Dimensional checks and visual inspection are performed on each piece — not just spot checks.

Flexible Run Sizes

We specialize in small to medium batch sizes (5–500 pieces) where traditional injection molding tooling isn't economically viable. No minimum order quantity for most items.

Production Planning

We schedule your production run to meet your delivery deadline and communicate proactively if any issues arise during the run — never a surprise.

Volume Pricing

Per-unit costs decrease with quantity. We provide detailed quotes showing per-unit pricing at different quantities so you can plan your production budget accurately.

Our Process

  1. 1

    Design Lock & File Validation

Production begins with a locked, validated design. We confirm the print file is final and production settings are verified with a pre-production sample.

  2. 2

    Pre-Production Sample

We print and deliver one production-quality sample for your approval before the full run begins. This prevents waste on large batches.

  3. 3

    Production Run

We run your order in batches, inspecting each part and maintaining consistent print settings throughout the run.

  4. 4

    Quality Check & Delivery

Completed parts are inspected, counted, packaged, and delivered or shipped. We provide a delivery confirmation with part count and any inspection notes.
