Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Cre8tiv Design ("we," "us," or "our"), a 3D printing and design services company based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.

By accessing our website at cre8tivdesign.com, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Cre8tiv Design provides the following services:

• FDM 3D Printing — Fused Deposition Modeling using PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and specialty filaments.
• SLA 3D Printing — Stereolithography using standard and engineering-grade resins for high-detail parts.
• 3D Scanning — Wireless infrared laser scanning and structured light scanning for reverse engineering and digital twin creation.
• CAD & 3D Modeling — Custom design and modeling services using Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Post-Processing & Finishing — Sanding, priming, and painting for finished-quality parts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will endeavor to notify existing clients of material changes that may affect in-progress or scheduled orders.

All orders begin with a quote request. Quotes are estimates based on the information and files you provide and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if your submitted files differ materially from what was described in your request.

An order is considered confirmed only after (a) you have accepted the written quote, and (b) payment or an agreed deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

Order modifications requested after confirmation may be accommodated depending on production status and may result in revised pricing or lead times. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are binding for 30 days.

Payment is required prior to production unless a net-terms arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

For larger or multi-phase projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Estimated turnaround times are provided with each quote and begin upon order confirmation and payment receipt. While we strive to meet all stated timelines, production times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors outside our control — including equipment maintenance, material availability, or scope adjustments — may affect delivery dates.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to current queue availability. Contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability.

Completed orders may be shipped via UPS or USPS, or picked up locally at our Wilbraham, MA studio by appointment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Risk of loss and title for shipped items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. We will, however, make every effort to package items securely.

For local pickup, you will be notified by email when your order is ready. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of 3D printing and design services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that were produced as specified.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs documenting the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, offer a reprint, store credit, or partial refund.

We are not responsible for printing failures resulting from client-provided files that contain errors, non-manifold geometry, or are otherwise unprintable. We will notify you if a file issue is detected before printing and offer options to resolve it.

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software — is the exclusive property of Cre8tiv Design and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

When you submit design files or other materials to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the submitted files.
• The files do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Printing the submitted design is lawful in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the end user.

You retain ownership of files you submit to us. For CAD and design work we create on your behalf, ownership transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

You agree not to use our services to print or produce:

• Weapons, firearm components, or items designed to cause physical harm.
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe on third-party trademarks.
• Items that violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Adult-only content without prior written authorization from us.
• Any item for which the production or possession would constitute a criminal offense.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these restrictions or is otherwise objectionable.

To access certain features of our website — such as requesting quotes, tracking orders, and accessing the client dashboard — you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8tiv Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that 3D-printed parts will meet any specific performance or safety standards unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cre8tiv Design, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
