FDM & SLA Technologies
3D Printing
From robust functional parts to intricate detailed miniatures, our dual-technology print studio delivers the right result for every project.
3D Printing
Cre8tiv Design operates both FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography) printers, giving us the flexibility to match the right technology to your project. Not sure which is better for your needs? We'll help you decide based on your material requirements, detail level, and budget.
Common Use Cases
- Functional prototypes and proof-of-concept parts
- Replacement parts for machinery or vintage equipment
- Tabletop gaming miniatures and collectibles
- Architectural models and scale mockups
- Jewelry casting masters and mold patterns
- Custom enclosures, brackets, and fixtures
- Art pieces and display models
FDM Printing
Ideal for large-format parts, functional components, and cost-effective production. FDM builds layer by layer using thermoplastic filament — durable, strong, and available in a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU.
SLA Printing
Perfect for fine detail, smooth surfaces, and tight tolerances. SLA uses UV-cured resin to produce parts with exceptional resolution — ideal for miniatures, jewelry masters, dental models, and display pieces.
Material Selection Guidance
Every material has different properties. We walk you through the trade-offs between strength, flexibility, heat resistance, and surface quality so your print performs exactly as intended.
File Preparation & Optimization
We review your files before printing to catch potential issues — wall thickness, overhangs, support requirements — and optimize orientation for the best possible result.

Our Process
- 1
File Review
We check your STL or 3MF file for printability and flag any issues before production begins.
- 2
Technology & Material Selection
We recommend FDM or SLA and the right material based on your application, detail requirements, and budget.
- 3
Slicing & Setup
We slice your model with optimized settings for the chosen technology and confirm the quote.
- 4
Print & Quality Check
Your part is printed and inspected for dimensional accuracy and surface quality before shipment or pickup.
